Change of Heart??

Recently the Lord has really been dealing with me as to how "I" have treated others in the body of Christ in the past. I had to repent for a hardness that started to develop against those that "I" didn't feel were doing what they should be doing for the Lord. What the Lord showed "me" was that "I" am not His "sheriff" to be going around and calling people out for what they are doing wrong. What the Lord has showed "me" is that "I" need to be going out to assist and lift those arms of pastors and others in the body. To help them catch fire for the lost, to help them get outside of the church walls to the hurting and lost people. Many "I" have found that want to do something just don't have an idea how to start. "I" tell these pastors and leaders that "I" am here to help you!!

"I" was shown that "I" could prove that "I" am right about different things in different churches or denominations or "I" can come along side them to assist them. I believe that we can go to any church and find fault with it. (They are operated by humans???) The Lord showed "me" that "I" can bad mouth them and it will do nothing to further "His" Kingdom. "I" can join in on chat rooms on the computer talking about how messed up the church or the body of Christ is and do nothing to further "His" kingdom. I can get with "my" group of believers and verbally batter "the church" and denominations but do nothing to further "His" kingdom. Each one of us will have to stand before the Lord and give account for every word that we have spoken. What if one of "those words" that we spoke caused an offended brother to end up in hell??? How would we look or feel standing in HIS presence?????

What if all "Christians" that waste time telling "how it should be" would go and meet with the other "Christians" that they seem to have "a beef" with and talk to them. Tell them that they will assist them in reaching the lost for Jesus. When we are on the streets "I" always want to keep in my head "if Jesus were here with me in the flesh, would I do things the way I am doing them". The reason that "I" have put the words "I" and "me" in quotation marks is to say that it is not about "I" or "me", it is about HIM!!! It is not about you or I being right and proving a point! It is about reaching the lost for JESUS in these last days!! The enemy has to sit back and laugh as the body goes against each other while the population of hell increases!! Satan must sit back and say "I don't have to do anything, look they are making themselves ineffective and destroying each other"!

If we at least make an attempt to help others in the body out, it can't be said that we didn't at least try. The Lord has given me an "open door" to go in and talk with pastors and ministry leaders. When you tell them that you are there to help them they are at ease and willing to listen. Pastor Troy showed me this when he went into New Orleans and began to "network" with churches and ministries. I was able to see and meet leaders that he had touched their lives just by coming along side them to help them. I know that He will "open that door" for anyone that would want to make an attempt. I strongly feel that if we make an attempt then let the Holy Spirit work in that pastor or in whatever member of the body. It does us no good to go against each other and I know that the Lord would not approve of our battling against each other. Again, we must come together to form an unstoppable army to reach the lost for JESUS!!
